Once Orangeville Furniture has begun a Warranty Claim with the Manufacturer, the following is the expected process, based on our previous experiences.  Please be aware that each situation is unique, and that each claim will be evaluated by the Manufacturer as we service their warranty.

  • We will respond within 72 hours, requesting photographs of the potential Warranty Claim concerns.  Once we have responded, please attach up to 5 photos of each concern.  Please note that the manufacturer will require both “up-close,” detailed photos of the concern, as well as a view of the full item, so that they can determine which portion of the furniture piece is affected.
  • Documentation and photographs detailing the Warranty Claim will be submitted to the Manufacturer once received by Orangeville Furniture
  • Depending on the extent of the concern, their analysis can take up to 10 business days for evaluation and to determine the next course of action. At this time, they may request further photos or information.
  • We will report back to you on the manufacturer’s suggested course of action and the timeline upon which we expect to be able to provide you with a resolution.

Please keep in mind that this process, depending on the complexity of the claim, may take some time to complete under the Manufacturer’s warranty.

Please note that the Orangeville Furniture Warranty Department is open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, so any emails received after hours or on weekends will be addressed during their open hours.
